Job Purpose:以中國材料中心焊接技術(shù)專家為卡特彼勒內(nèi)部客戶（產(chǎn)品組，焊接工廠，采購團(tuán)隊(duì)）提供焊接技術(shù)支持Job Duties 1. 支持產(chǎn)品組新產(chǎn)品焊接工藝開發(fā)2. 支持卡特中國工廠/供應(yīng)商焊接工藝的改進(jìn)3. 為卡特中國結(jié)構(gòu)件工廠/供應(yīng)商提供焊接能力評估4. 負(fù)責(zé)結(jié)構(gòu)件失效分析/破壞性檢測5. 結(jié)合卡特彼勒工廠焊接特點(diǎn)，主動學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)焊接的先進(jìn)技術(shù)，消化吸收后將先進(jìn)焊接技術(shù)引進(jìn)卡特彼勒Requirement: 1. 金屬材料成型專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷2. 溝通能力強(qiáng)，善于處理人際關(guān)系，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力強(qiáng)3. 主動學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，掌握快速學(xué)習(xí)方法4. 熟悉國內(nèi)外各種弧焊焊接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（ISO，AWS，GB），具備所有弧焊焊接缺陷解決的經(jīng)驗(yàn)5. 至少三年結(jié)構(gòu)件焊接相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉弧焊及電阻焊，了解激光焊，電子束焊接及釬焊，具備機(jī)械人弧焊經(jīng)驗(yàn)一年以上 6. 英語（聽，說，讀，寫）能力具備7. 具備一定的項(xiàng)目管理能力8. 可接受商務(wù)出差 （40%以上工作時(shí)間）9. ***具備1年以上結(jié)構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)Job Purpose:Sr Associate Welding Engineer in China Materials Technology to provide technical support to Caterpillar facilities, suppliers and engineering team Job Duties 1. Support engineering team on structure welding design and optimization2. Support Caterpillar China facilities and suppliers on welding process development and improvement. 3. Provide welding process audit in Caterpillar facilities and suppliers4. Perform the failure analysis and destructive testing of fabrication parts5. New welding equipment, welding technology and consumable (such as weld wire/shield gas) research and introduce to Caterpillar welding facilitiesRequirement: 1. Bachelor or above degree major in welding or Materials Engineering.2. Good communication skill, good teamwork skill3. Active learning – good learning skill4. Good knowledge
