What You Will Do：1. Take the role as the contact window between Equipment planning and BUs.2. Regular consensus meeting with BUs to build up the supply planning and strategy, to guarantee the supply and limit the happens of obsolete stock.3. Regularly review the inventory structure with BUs and work out the unhealthy stock.4. Ensure that data is accurate and up to date in the SAP.5. Periodically clean up data in SAP (LT/MOQ/Rounding value/Safety stock/Phase-in/out etc.)6. Take the decisions with BUs on DRP strategy and coordinate the stock transfer in purpose to guarantee the supply of different regions.7. Participate in the phase-in/out process and the launch of new projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.8. Support the launch of new products (Staging (new/extend)/inventory build-up etc.)9. PO releasing and delivery follow-up.10. Support continuous improvement.Minimum Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.2. More than 5 years of applicable end to end Planning experience, preferably inventory management or master planning for manufacturing environment.3. Being familiar with the MRP logic (SAP prefer), including the planning, purchase, warehouse.4. Intimate knowledge of the incoterm and the basic import/export process.5.
