工作職責
1. Coordinated customer after-sale business and implemented customer quality corresponding strategies; 協(xié)調(diào)客戶售后業(yè)務(wù)，實施客戶品質(zhì)對應(yīng)策略；
2. Improve client quality, quickly solve customer problems, meet customer needs, and achieve customer satisfaction; 提高客戶質(zhì)量，快速解決客戶問題，滿足客戶需求，實現(xiàn)客戶滿意；
3. Transmitted customer's voice (VOC), promoted factory quality improvement horizontally, prevented major issues from the client side, and achieved customer quality objectives; 傳遞客戶聲音（VOC），橫向推動工廠質(zhì)量改善，防止客戶方出現(xiàn)重大問題，實現(xiàn)客戶質(zhì)量目標；
4. Maintained customer relationship, improved credit rating, and ensured the smooth operation of corresponding customer business.維護客戶關(guān)系，提高信用等級，確保相應(yīng)客戶業(yè)務(wù)順利進行。

任職資格
教育程度:大學本科
工作經(jīng)歷:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree; 學歷：本科以上學歷；
2. Understand the current situation of the panel industry, have more than 3 years of after-sales customer experience or quality experience in the panel industry, electronics industry experience is also acceptable; 了解面板行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，有3年以上面板行業(yè)售后客戶經(jīng)驗或質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗，有電子行業(yè)經(jīng)驗亦可；
3. Clear thinking, good language expression and communication skills; 思維清晰，良好的語言表達和溝通能力；
4. Honest, confident and sincere; 誠實、自信、真誠；
5. Strong sense of responsibility; Strong pressure resistance; 責任心強；抗壓性強；
6. Required major: Science and engineering related; 要求專業(yè)：理工科相關(guān)；
