This position will work in Caterpillar Research and Development Center (CRDC) Virtual Product Development department on Structure Analysis.

The key role of this position is to use analysis and simulation process to validate the design concept as well as improve the designs in terms of reliability, durability and performance of the Caterpillar machine products and major structural systems.
此職位的主要職責是使用分析與仿真驗證概念設(shè)計，以及改進卡特彼勒整機與系統(tǒng)的可靠性，耐久性和其他性能。
The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:

61 Work closely with the design engineers, machine integration engineers, test engineers, manufacturing engineers and Global Corporate SME to complete the assignments.
與設(shè)計工程師，系統(tǒng)集成工程師，測試工程師和制造工程師以及公司專家一起緊密合作，完成工作。
61 Responsible for assisting and collaborating with the Simulation Expert to create the virtual models, execute the simulations and conduct design iterations.
同時也負責支持公司專家創(chuàng)建虛擬模型，運行仿真與設(shè)計迭代，合作完成仿真項目。
61 Responsible for archiving the analysis and simulation model and results
負責分析仿真模型與結(jié)果的存檔。

研究背景：
工程力學，機械工程，汽車工程，土木工程，內(nèi)燃機，航空，航天，制造技術(shù)，或相同專業(yè)碩士及以上（碩士需要2年以上仿真領(lǐng)域工作年限，若本科至少需要5年以上仿真領(lǐng)域工作年限）；研究方向或?qū)嶋H項目經(jīng)歷應該包含：金屬、塑料、橡膠等復合材料相關(guān)實驗和模擬；結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞、損傷或斷裂相關(guān)試驗和模擬；工藝過程模擬。
Competency Requirement：

61 Must have FEA or other numerical Simulation knowledge and must have the experience of implementing these knowledges on solving real problems.
須具備有限元或其他數(shù)值仿真理論與知識，并且有應用此技術(shù)解決實際問題的經(jīng)驗。
61 Capable of CAE tool. Analysis software experience in ABAQUS and other Nonlinear Solver, w/ explicit analysis is preferred, however, experience in other equivalent engineering analysis software is acceptable.
有Abaqus或其他非線性求解器，或顯示動力學經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮，同時也接受具備其他類似分析軟件能力的應聘者。
61 Have programing experience is a plus.
有編程經(jīng)驗的應聘者尤佳。
61 Deep understanding of the material nonlinearity and constitutive modeling is a plus.

61 Deep understanding on Fatigue / Damage theory is a plus.
